Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical service support for Trane Field Service Agencies, including remote troubleshooting and some travel when necessary.
  • •Troubleshoot chillers remotely and guide technicians through equipment issues while prioritizing safety.
  • •Complete chiller service reports, organize collected data, and perform chiller data analysis to support data-driven decisions.
  • •Originate or technically review solutions in the Help Center and assist with root cause analysis and defect resolution.
