Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end technical architecture across all workstreams and arbitrate architectural trade-offs.
  • •Define and own target-state architecture spanning AWS and Azure environments.
  • •Set integration standards for Microsoft Graph API/Teams delivery channels for chatbot, translation, and document-processing services.
  • •Review and approve designs to ensure reusable patterns are not duplicated across builds.
  • •Define non-functional requirements including security, data residency, exactly-once processing, and disaster recovery across multi-site delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture, including 3+ years designing GenAI/agentic systems for production.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock (including Bedrock Agent Core), Amazon Nova, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Deep knowledge of AWS services including Fargate, Lambda, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, and S3.
  • •Experience architecting solutions across two cloud providers (AWS + Azure) within a single environment, including Azure AI Foundry and Document Intelligence.
  • •Track record standing up architecture governance under an aggressive delivery timeline.
