Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct departmental activities to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives.
  • •Staff, develop, and maintain an effective production workforce, including selection, counseling, training, and development.
  • •Plan, direct, and control assigned work centers to maximize utilization of employees, equipment, and materials within budget and cost/quality standards.
  • •Lead and participate in continuous improvement teams and drive modern manufacturing methods to reduce costs and increase production while improving quality.
  • •Manage quality and cost performance, including scrap/rework reduction, analyzing operating reports, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Requirements
