Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document exterior/interior condition, tires, frame, glass, panels, mechanical components, and damage or missing items.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots, verifying VINs, mileage, and options.
  • •Build trust with dealer clients through consistent quality, professionalism, and responsiveness, and proactively engage to increase inspection volume.
  • •Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports using inspection systems and Salesforce.com for reporting and tracking.
  • •Follow safety procedures and comply with Manheim inspection standards, including the NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy.
