Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the architectural direction for one or more Console platform pillars, including integration contracts and standards adoption.
•Lead architectural decision-making across Console sub-teams and product verticals, authoring RFCs and design documents.
•Design self-service integration patterns and governed processes to reduce coordination overhead and bottlenecks.
•Own the technical evolution of complex cross-cutting systems, including permission/access control, navigation/entitlements, and contract-tested interfaces.
•Set and maintain the engineering quality bar for Console, including DORA metric targets, contract testing standards, and progressive migration patterns; mentor engineers through reviews and guidance.

•Ability to achieve technical alignment across teams without line management authority through written proposals, facilitation, and clear trade-off articulation.
•Comfort operating in ambiguous ownership spaces by establishing clarity through documentation and shared standards.
