Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business needs and software solution options, meeting with customers and collaborating with business process analysts and project managers to capture requirements and document process flows.
  • •Consult IT enterprise architects, evaluate options, and lead or participate in cost and decision analyses to determine the best solution.
  • •Follow the software development lifecycle: design, implement, unit test, and participate in integration and user acceptance testing while documenting technical specifications, test plans, and deployment plans.
  • •Provide 24x7 support for software issues, act as an SME and final point of contact, and respond to customer or developer requests to resolve worldwide cases with other teams.
  • •Identify and document defects and enhancements; maintain skills and contribute to the IT roadmap, including researching methodologies and implementing technology interactions; apply AI-assisted tools for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) major in Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Experience in application development; interest in system development, maintenance, and performance improvement.
  • •Familiarity with Perl and Linux.
  • •Nice to have: TCL, Java, C#, Python, and C/C++.
  • •Good English language skills; AI-related skills (LLM, Agent, Agentic AI, Cloud Assist, Copilot) are preferred.
