Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CRDS and CDPA takeoffs by maintaining Product Line Bid Manager and MI Manager tables, rules, and lead time indicator master lists.
  • •Provide tool subject-matter expertise to help others resolve takeoff issues and maintain accuracy within the software tool.
  • •Specify attribute values to form catalog codes for products and ensure product takeoff quality.
  • •Participate in testing events and support new product development project teams as a Bid Manager support representative.
  • •Manage Bid Manager change management requests, provide backup support, and contribute to lean events and process improvements while following safety and 5S requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Technology.
  • •At least 2 years of Panelboard/Switchboard work experience focused on MI generation and linkage to the Eaton Bid Manager tool.
  • •At least an Applied Science associates degree in an engineering field such as Engineering Graphics Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology, plus 1+ year supporting manufacturing, design, assembly, and/or order processing of electrical products.
  • •Ability to speak, read, listen, and write in English.
  • •Strong drive for results, problem-solving, collaborative working style, and change/customer business acumen.
