Job Summary

Lead FIAR compliance and inventory accountability for U.S. Government-owned support equipment in Pratt & Whitney’s custody. Serve as the primary focal point for audits and internal controls, coordinating records-to-floor and floor-to-records reconciliations and corrective actions. Analyze SAP/SEAL enterprise data to identify discrepancies and strengthen long-term processes. Partner with government property, fleet, warehouse, and DCMA stakeholders to report FIAR metrics and improve visibility across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of three as the primary focal point for Support Equipment FIAR compliance and internal control procedures.
•Coordinate inventory audits (records-to-floor and floor-to-records), reconciliation, and corrective action plans to maintain audit readiness and accuracy.
•Analyze SAP, SEAL, and related enterprise system data to identify inventory discrepancies, transactional errors, and compliance gaps; implement corrective actions and improvements.
•Partner with Government Property, Fleet Management, Delivery Assurance, Warehouse Operations, and DCMA to resolve inventory issues and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
•Develop, monitor, and report FIAR performance metrics and audit readiness status; oversee inventory accountability across CONUS and OCONUS depot locations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, government property management, compliance, or audit support.
•At least 3 years of supervisory, leadership, and managerial experience.
•At least 4 years leading projects, continuous improvement, or cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
•Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
