Assistant Merchandiser (Topshop)

Own day-to-day merchandising for the department, supporting smooth operations while forecasting sales and stock to hit margin and profit targets. Monitor performance, spot opportunities and risks, and partner with Buying teams on range planning. Represent the team in trade meetings with Heads and Directors, evaluate lead times and overall performance, and manage an MA to drive their development while supporting WSSI and trade plans.
