Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead an ER Accommodations team, establishing best practices, training, and enablement materials for consistent employee confidence.
  • •Ensure compliance with disability, privacy, and employment laws, monitoring legislative changes and implementing updates in partnership with stakeholders.
  • •Own and continuously improve accommodations workflows, governance, and standard operating procedures, including end-to-end interactive process management.
  • •Design the employee experience across the accommodation journey, including knowledge articles, decision trees, and training for leaders and People Partners.
  • •Create accommodations reporting and analytics, monitor trends and employee experience feedback, and use insights to refine timelines and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive Employee Relations or Human Resources experience, including 4+ years handling complex accommodations and leave-of-absence situations.
  • •2+ years in an HR or ER leadership role with demonstrated ability to build and develop teams.
  • •Deep, current knowledge of U.S. employment, privacy, and disability laws (ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, PWFA) and ability to apply them to real scenarios.
  • •Experience partnering cross-functionally with Benefits, People Legal, People Support, crisis teams, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and exceptional judgment, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive situations.
