Order Handling Intern

Execute and monitor the end-to-end Order to Invoice process for Standard/Service Orders, from order acceptance through delivery and invoicing. Own order processing in the iScala ERP system, coordinate with internal factories and external suppliers, ensure incoterms and delivery timing are met, handle import/export and shipping documentation, and escalate and resolve issues. Serve as a single point of contact for customers and keep them informed on order status while ensuring compliance to business processes.
