Job Summary

Support end-to-end leasing transactions across deal setup, renewals, amendments, holdovers, and terminations. Coordinate accurate reporting and governance submissions, ensure CRM/Yardi deal configuration, and prepare deal documentation packs and trackers with tight deadlines. Partner with LCM and Legal to draft lease agreements and manage agreement execution and filing via Docusign. Streamline workflows by consolidating stakeholder inputs and improving data/document control.

Key Responsibilities

•Support new deals, renewals, amendments, holdovers, and terminations by preparing proposals, deal summaries, Internal Notes, TVRs, and DAC/PLG packs.
•Manage end-to-end deal setup and approval workflow across CRM/Yardi, ensuring accurate brand, customer, and unit configuration before committee submission.
•Ensure deal data and supporting documentation are complete, properly recorded, and finalized within required timelines pre- and post-approval.
•Prepare and deliver high-accuracy reports and trackers within agreed deadlines.
•Coordinate with LCM and Legal on drafting lease agreements and handle execution follow-up and filing/documentation control via Docusign.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent professional certification.
•3–5 years of relevant experience in leasing coordination, shopping mall operations, commercial administration, or a similar role.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Strong time management skills.
