Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II

Perform cosmetic reconditioning and final quality checks to prepare vehicles to CarMax standards. Execute standardized processes at pace, including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing, and identify defects to select appropriate repair methods. Complete cosmetic inspections, support auction preparation, assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot, and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements while maintaining a clean work area.
