Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, configure, and implement Snowflake data engineering components, including Tasks, Streams, Snowpipe Streaming, dbt projects, and Iceberg tables.
  • •Deliver source-to-target mappings and reliable ingestion pipelines into the unified data platform.
  • •Develop curated data models for analytical use cases with data quality checks, reconciliation logic, and monitoring.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks covering lineage, dependencies, operational procedures, and support handover.
  • •Coordinate with governance and architecture counterparts on ownership, classification, access controls, and metadata, supporting deployment, stabilization, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of overall data engineering experience, including at least 3+ years hands-on with Snowflake and related data engineering technologies.
  • •Experience delivering data engineering solutions in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
  • •Practical experience with Snowflake Tasks, Streams, Snowpipe Streaming, dbt, and Iceberg tables on cloud-based data platforms.
  • •Demonstrated ability designing and delivering enterprise-scale data pipelines, transformations, and curated datasets.
  • •Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, monitoring, performance, and production operational supportability.
