Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and improve store KPIs (conversion, UPT, average transaction).
  • •Champion a hospitality-driven customer experience and use deep product knowledge to convert customers based on fabric, fit, and function.
  • •Grow brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, community pop-ups, and clienteling.
  • •Maintain merchandising and operational excellence, including visual merchandising standards, SOP execution, replenishment, inventory management, and policy compliance.
  • •Onboard, train, coach, and hold the team accountable while supporting schedule optimization, labor productivity, store performance, and P&L.
