Job Summary

Lead daily operations and brand experience inside a physical retail store, driving sales results, improving key store KPIs, and building community through events and clienteling. Deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience using deep product knowledge. Ensure merchandising and operational excellence (SOPs, replenishment, inventory, safety, P&L) while onboarding, training, coaching, and holding the team accountable in a fast-paced environment.

•Grow brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, pop-ups, and clienteling.
•Maintain operational excellence including SOP execution, replenishment, inventory management, and policy compliance.
•Onboard, train, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance while optimizing schedules, labor productivity, store performance, and P&L.
