Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement fleet health enhancement strategies in partnership with the General Manager.
  • •Ensure deployment readiness through readiness assessments, site/fleet performance evaluations, and implementation of best practices.
  • •Lead technical initiatives and diagnostic methodologies to maintain and improve fleet health, enable predictive maintenance and upgrades, and support safety/regulatory compliance.
  • •Analyze fleet performance data, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • •Build and lead the FD&R team, coordinate cross-functionally (product and ride-hail operations), and manage third-party vendors and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field, with AV experience preferred.
  • •Experience leading and developing vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong understanding of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure.
  • •Proven project management skills with a track record of successful execution.
  • •Experience triaging work orders and managing vehicle flow among partners, with a data-driven analytical mindset.
