Job Summary

Own and optimize Typeform’s finance systems landscape, ensuring reliable, efficient data flow between subscriptions management (Chargebee), tax platforms (Avalara), payment gateways, ERP (NetSuite), and planning (Pigment). Review audit logs and maintain access controls, policies, and procedures, troubleshoot system issues, and partner with IT and finance stakeholders. You’ll also train and support the finance team to ensure accurate, timely financial data for better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage finance-related systems and ensure seamless data flow between subscriptions management, tax platforms, payment gateways, ERP (NetSuite), and planning (Pigment).
•Own and maintain API interfaces and related tools (Workado) for accurate data transfer between systems.
•Review audit logs daily and ensure logical access controls are in place.
•Review and maintain financial systems policies and procedures.
•Collaborate with IT and finance teams to meet requirements, troubleshoot issues, and train finance team members.

•Proven experience in a Systems role within the Finance function.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
