Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and document change impact assessments for a business unit deployment.
  • •Identify and document impacts of changes to processes, systems, data, and ways of working.
  • •Facilitate change impact workshops and produce clear outputs to support deployment activities.
  • •Develop and deliver business change and readiness plans aligned to programme objectives, including user journeys for adoption.
  • •Work with business teams to identify, track, and manage readiness activities and associated risks; monitor and report progress and benefit realisation measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering business change and readiness activities within large-scale technology transformation programmes.
  • •Experience leading change impact assessments, workshops, and change impact analysis documentation.
  • •Experience developing change plans, user journeys, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • •Knowledge of Finance processes, with Financial Planning & Analysis experience desirable.
  • •Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix environment.
