Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ads and videos from brief through concept, design, animation, editing, sound, and final export.
  • •Capture the Framer UI and animate it by hand when needed to clearly show the product.
  • •Create motion graphics that look beautiful, explain the product clearly, and drive action.
  • •Work with designers, writers, and marketers while owning projects from start to finish.
  • •Create distinct versions to test meaningful changes in design, motion, pacing, or message, and iterate quickly before shipping.

Key Requirements

  • •A strong portfolio of motion-led ads, product videos, launch films, or similar work you made yourself.
  • •Deep command of After Effects and a fast, well-organized production process.
  • •Strong design judgment across typography, composition, color, layout, and visual systems.
  • •An editor’s sense of rhythm, timing, sound, and story.
  • •Familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in using them to improve the work; experience with Framer or web design is a must.
