Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Drive cross-selling and participate in outside sales activities, including membership presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and support platform staff while working to meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and maintain confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions and registration required).
