Job Summary

Develop customer relationships through a consultative sales process to identify and meet retail and small business financial needs. Build customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessment, maintain product knowledge, and use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set periodic financial review appointments. Cross-sell, support outside sales activities, and partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment teams while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program, including rotations in operations and Sales & Service, with certification at the end of the program.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools, set appointments for financial reviews, and perform outside sales activities.
•Provide holistic financial solutions by partnering with business colleagues (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and supporting loan and bankcard processes.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers, and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
