Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead risk-based audits across digital channels, payment products, customer journeys, and technology-enabled processes aligned to the Internal Audit Plan.
  • •Design and execute audit analytics and continuous monitoring routines to identify control failures, emerging risks, fraud indicators, and unusual transaction patterns.
  • •Conduct enterprise risk assessments for digital channels, products, and payment ecosystems, and monitor risk performance metrics.
  • •Analyze large datasets to produce audit insights across transaction integrity, customer behaviour, fraud trends, system performance, reconciliation, availability, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Review audit workpapers and reports for evidence and Internal Audit standard compliance; report findings, track remediation, and coach/mentor junior audit team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Internal Audit, Audit Analytics, Data Analytics, Technology Audit, Risk Management, or Consulting in financial services/fintech.
  • •At least one professional certification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA, or CFE.
  • •Proven experience developing audit analytics, continuous auditing routines, and dashboard reporting to improve audit effectiveness and decision-making.
  • •Hands-on ability to use audit analytics tools and technologies, including SQL and analytics/dashboard platforms.
