Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the strategy and end-to-end process for notification, agreement, collection, and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims.
  • •Handle First Notification of Loss for W&I claims.
  • •Negotiate and liaise with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters, and appointed authorities (e.g., loss adjusters, lawyers).
  • •Conduct data analysis to establish claims history and identify trends and patterns for clients or business portfolios.
  • •Coordinate discussions and meetings to ensure strong communication among clients, underwriters, and their representatives on proposed settlements; support strategy for contentious claims with the Head of Financial Lines Advocacy.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience handling claims from First Notification of Loss through to resolution.
  • •Knowledge of Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) claims and confidence coordinating discussions with networks, clients, underwriters, and experts.
  • •Experience using the CLASS and ECF processing systems (preferable).
  • •Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills.
