Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the S&OP process, ensuring calendar compliance, delivery quality, and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Analyze and consolidate an 18-month demand forecast to improve commercial team accuracy.
  • •Balance demand and production capacity, identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans with operations.
  • •Prepare S&OP meetings and materials for clients and stakeholders, supporting decisions and action follow-up.
  • •Monitor forecast vs. actual, inventory levels, service level, and risks related to excess, shortage, quality, or capacity, and support capacity assessments for new projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • •Knowledge of demand planning, production, and supply.
  • •Proficiency with Office, with emphasis on advanced Excel.
  • •Desirable knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
