Engineering Manager, Growth

Lead and scale the Growth engineering organization, spanning monetization infrastructure and product-led growth. Own monetization systems including payment integrations, subscriptions, billing, AI usage tracking/crediting, and pricing. Drive growth surfaces across onboarding, activation, discovery, lifecycle experiences, notifications, and messaging infrastructure. Partner with product, design, data, and engineering on the full funnel, run experiments, build durable systems, and mentor engineers.
