Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience as a senior+ engineer and 2+ years managing and leading high performing teams.
  • •Experience leading growth engineering with a track record improving activation, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • •Experience with monetization or payments infrastructure, including subscriptions, billing, app store payments, and pricing systems.
  • •Deep product sense: analyze funnels and form a point of view on what to change.
  • •Hands-on technical ability to evaluate architecture decisions, guide technical direction, review code, and build prototypes as needed.
