  • •Ensure agile project management, business analysis, and quality assurance processes are in place and practiced.

  • •Manage and track project/program schedules and budgets, and lead adoption and migration of new and emerging technologies.
  • •Manage production issues and off-hours support coordination as needed; occasionally work extended hours and travel as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting (or related technical discipline) or equivalent experience/training.
  • •5 years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL, Agile, XP, or similar methodologies.
  • •3 years of experience leading projects or teams, either formally or informally.
  • •Experience managing, supporting, and delivering mission-critical projects/migrations.
  • •Proven ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams efficiently in a delivery leadership role.
