Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve technical challenges for mass production, improve productivity and reduce costs while managing quality.
  • •Optimize chemical reaction and operating conditions; apply new equipment/conditions to production.
  • •Build and improve product processes; analyze causes of defects and out-of-spec issues and implement process improvements.
  • •Develop next-generation technology for CMOS transistors and capacitors by analyzing process parameters and optimizing device structures/characteristics.
  • •Evaluate prototype DRAM wafers/chips using specialized testers and report results to development teams with product improvement proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field (graduates expected by March 2027 are eligible; graduates and students welcome).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Understand and apply semiconductor process technologies (e.g., dry etching, thin-film deposition) and analyze how process parameters relate to device structure/performance.
  • •Measure and analyze prototype DRAM wafers/chips (functionality, speed, power consumption, operating voltage) and translate results into product improvement proposals.
  • •No English proficiency required and no prior semiconductor knowledge required.
