Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architecture, strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise physical security technology platforms.
  • •Design, implement, integrate, and support access control, video surveillance, visitor management, badging, alarm, and related security technologies.
  • •Develop and maintain technology standards, reference architectures, documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and configuration baselines.
  • •Partner with Corporate Security, Facilities, and site stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business, safety, and security objectives.
  • •Provide incident response and hands-on engineering support for deployments, upgrades, remediation, and service restoration activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise physical security technology solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience with physical access control, video surveillance, visitor management, badging, alarm, or related physical security systems.
  • •Experience integrating solutions across enterprise infrastructure (networking, identity, compute, storage, monitoring, service management).
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager (or similar) and experience supporting endpoint platforms including Windows, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.
