Job Summary

Own project schedules and scope tracking for multiple residential construction builds by maintaining Primavera P6 schedules with accurate logic ties, milestones, and critical paths. Keep Procore documentation current, support submittals and RFI/punch-list workflows, and run line-by-line data validation. Generate recurring schedule and scope dashboards, flag risks and slippage, and provide estimating support (quantity takeoffs, bid leveling, and quote consolidation) to keep field and leadership execution aligned.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, update, and maintain Primavera P6 schedules with accurate logic ties, milestones, and critical paths.
•Track scope, changes, and dependencies to keep baselines and current schedules aligned; flag risks and recommend mitigation actions.
•Maintain organized project records, drawings, and logs in Procore, including tracking submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, punch lists, and action items.
•Perform line-by-line reviews to ensure schedule and scope data accuracy and timeliness, enforce naming/filing conventions, and escalate discrepancies.
•Provide estimating support by assisting with quantity takeoffs, bid tabulation/leveling, quote consolidation, and estimate log maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Project Engineer supporting construction projects.
•Background in project engineering, civil engineering, or construction project support.
•Exceptional attention to detail and strong English communication skills.
•Experience using Primavera P6 and Procore for schedule and project documentation control.
•Advanced MS Excel/Sheets skills, including report-building and data validation.
