•Follow standard work, safety standards, and General Plant Rules (GPRs); verify parts and shop packs prior to running jobs.
•Perform minor maintenance and support minor/major set up while maintaining machine operation.
•Lead and position the crew within the cell to perform standard work and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
•Run daily 6S activities, complete day-by-hour tracking, and train crew on operations and responsibilities; work overtime as necessary.
