Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Connected Worker strategy, multi-year roadmap, enhancement process, and prioritization across manufacturing sites.
  • •Identify and evaluate new use cases to improve safety, quality, productivity, reliability, compliance, and employee experience.
  • •Serve as business owner for the Connected Worker platform and related frontline applications, including defect handling where applicable.
  • •Establish governance for roadmap intake, standards, deployment, training, support, issue resolution, adoption, data quality, and value realization.
  • •Track adoption, training completion, user feedback, issue trends, and business impact; sustain improvements through continuous optimization.
