Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate and prepare U.S. federal income tax computations for international activities (e.g., Subpart F, GILTI, FTC, BEAT, foreign tax redeterminations).
  • •Support local income tax return filing for non-U.S. subsidiaries, including estimated tax payment computations.
  • •Partner with compliance and Tax Controversy teams to ensure audit-ready U.S. international compliance and resolve issues efficiently.
  • •Prepare and analyze IRS international reporting/disclosures (e.g., Forms 5471/5472, 8858, 8865, 1118) and support GILTI/FDII/Subpart F computations.
  • •Assist with quarterly provision support under ASC 740, including Pillar 2 (GloBE Information Return, safe harbors/top-up tax) and transfer pricing analysis (BEPS, country-by-country reporting).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant tax experience, ideally with industry and Big 4 background.
  • •Significant experience preparing and reviewing U.S. and international tax returns.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain tax concepts to both tax and non-tax audiences.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities for complex tax issues.
  • •CPA and/or MS in Taxation preferred.
