Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions accurately while handling money properly.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for offers, and identifying needs or referring to branch teams or specialists.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
