Job Summary

Join HP Barcelona as a Business Analyst Intern supporting cost optimization for Large Format Printing. Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of building a yearly cost optimization roadmap, analyzing potential returns and establishing clear tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and results.
•Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end product cost structures, and confidently analyze and compare all cost components, from materials and assembly to distribution and warranty.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and align on cost models for future developments, setting data-driven targets based on customer value and expected returns.
•Partner closely with the Cost Lead to deep dive into cost structures, identify inefficiencies, and uncover impactful cost optimization opportunities, while managing and structuring datasets from multiple sources to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability for analysis.
•Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support cost optimization initiatives and inform decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Engineering, or a related field.
•Basic knowledge of data management and data analysis techniques, with experience or familiarity using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar for data handling and analysis.
•Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach technical challenges from different perspectives.
•Demonstrated curiosity and a genuine interest in tackling complex and diverse technical challenges.
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize key information and clearly convey insights and conclusions.
