Key Responsibilities

•Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on consumers’ needs, consistent with Levi’s service approach.
•Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns consistent with company policy, ensuring customer satisfaction and partnering with store management on elevated issues.
•Efficiently handle cash handling and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
•Comply with Levi’s Stores policy, procedure, and programs and follow directives of store management.
