Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance to production, technical services, and quality personnel on operator certification and cross-training processes.
  • •Ensure on-the-job training materials and certification documentation are compliant and accurate for employees and/or processes.
  • •Conduct needs assessments and develop and execute learning strategies aligned with HR, Operations, Quality, EHS, and CI.
  • •Recommend instructional methods and develop training aids (e.g., handbooks, operating guides, visual aids, tutorials) suitable for adult learners.
  • •Design and implement training content and curricula, evaluate effectiveness using clear objectives and tools, and drive improvements through partner collaboration, including LMS and external program/resource management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to influence the organization to create learning opportunities.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Expertise in instructional design and on-the-job training (OJT) methodologies.
