Job Summary

Join the Rider Enablement team to source and onboard riders across the UKI. You’ll lead in-person rider onboarding sessions from local hubs, address hyper-local supply gaps, and plan for seasonal demand to keep the marketplace stocked. Partner with Supply and Rider Onboarding teams to improve onboarding processes and forecasting, and work with Content & Engagement as a subject matter expert on onboarding systems. This is a remote role with significant field travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver in-person rider onboarding sessions across the UKI and support operations within regional Rider Onboarding hubs.
•Identify and resolve rider supply deficits in historically hard-to-source areas to maintain consistent fleet supply.
•Execute targeted supply plans for peak and seasonal trading periods to stay ahead of customer and partner demand.
•Partner with Supply and Rider Onboarding teams to improve onboarding processes, reduce operational bottlenecks, and refine demand forecasting.
•Collaborate with the Content & Engagement team to improve the rider value proposition and serve as a subject matter expert for onboarding systems.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, start-ups, food delivery, or direct experience as a Deliveroo Rider.
•Ability to work independently with autonomy and quickly adapt to changing field conditions and priorities.
•Strong empathetic listening and communication skills to influence diverse internal teams and external rider applicants.
•Valid UKI driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including early mornings and late evenings, to support field operations.
•Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic (preferred).
