Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day client management for assigned accounts as the primary point of contact for working teams and select mid-level stakeholders.
  • •Manage campaign deliverables by defining timelines, scopes, owners, dependencies, and ensuring commitments are met.
  • •Translate channel strategies and media plans into clear action steps for internal activation, analytics, creative, and partner teams.
  • •Lead internal status meetings, maintain delivery trackers, and monitor launches, pacing, and delivery milestones to meet service levels and quality standards.
  • •Proactively identify delivery risks and misalignment, escalate issues with context and recommendations, and partner on planning cycles and client communications.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in client services, account management, campaign operations, project management, or a related agency/media/marketing role.
  • •Experience managing multiple campaigns, initiatives, or client workstreams with competing timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Strong client communication skills, including leading status conversations and communicating risks and next steps.
  • •Ability to translate strategic direction or media plans into clear deliverables, owners, milestones, and action steps for internal teams.
  • •Strong organizational/project management skills delivering accurate work against scopes, deadlines, service levels, and quality standards.
