Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain knowledge of One&Only standards and manage housekeeping/laundry store operations, including stock replenishment to par levels.
  • •Raise weekly/monthly store requisitions through the system and ensure approvals, while tracking and filing invoices and POs.
  • •Monitor PAR levels, prepare daily stock and store-related reports, and produce the monthly amenities consumption report for the Executive Housekeeper.
  • •Receive direct deliveries, verify purchase and delivery quantities, refuse damaged/incorrect items, and ensure accurate matching between requested and issued quantities.
  • •Maintain clean and organized storage areas, monitor inventory and equipment records, manage linen runners, and coordinate repairs/disposal in line with HS&E.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduation certificate or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the Middle East and in a five-star hotel.
  • •Good understanding of housekeeping and purchasing operations.
  • •Competent in English and literate in computing using Microsoft Office.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
