Key Responsibilities

  • •Enrich merchant records by researching, verifying, and maintaining category/name/logo data in a clean merchant database.
  • •Manually review and extract structured data from invoices and bills, AI conversation transcripts/logs, and KYC documents.
  • •Evaluate AI accuracy by comparing AI-generated outputs against manually annotated ground truth to find errors and patterns of failure.
  • •Support model fine-tuning by building and maintaining high-quality labeled datasets for AI/ML retraining.
  • •Follow and help refine annotation guidelines, track annotation progress, and report recurring data quality issues to the AI/product team.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional eye for detail to catch inconsistencies and errors in high-volume work.
  • •Experience working with fintech data such as invoices, billing, and KYC/compliance documents.

  • •Basic knowledge of MySQL to write simple queries for pulling and checking data.
