Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean, supply, and provide services for guest rooms, suites, guest corridors, and garden borders per hotel standards.
  • •Attend daily briefings, proceed to the HSK office for task sheets, and complete daily task control sheets.
  • •Use and maintain chemicals, supplies, and equipment according to resort standards.
  • •Replenish linen, fill pantries to required par levels, and clear/empty garbage and soil linen.
  • •Report malfunctions, incidents, guest room issues, lost and found items, in-room safe issues, and unusual guest behavior to supervisors.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a School Certificate and a National Certificate Level 3 in any given field.
  • •2+ years of experience in the same role in an international ultra-luxury resort.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
  • •Ability to consistently perform reasonable lifting and physical tasks while being on your feet for most of the shift.
  • •Ability to follow resort standards, procedures, and health and safety policies.
