Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and move the vehicle to the stall area.
  • •Perform work as outlined on the repair order according to dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and complete repairs.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts when required.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety/service work, notify service advisors as needed, and document work performed.
