Job Summary

Shape onboarding and GTM enablement across company wide and customer-facing teams. Own scalable programs for new hires and for Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success, including ramp milestones, sales playbooks (PLG + enterprise), competitive intelligence/battlecards, and customer success expansion/upsell enablement. Use metrics to improve ramp time and effectiveness, and leverage AI-assisted systems to keep playbooks and materials current as Runpod scales enterprise revenue motion.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and manage structured company-wide onboarding across Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations.
•Develop GTM onboarding and ramp programs for Account Executives, SDRs, and Customer Success Managers, defining milestones and time-to-productivity.
•Build sales playbooks and frameworks for discovery, qualification, messaging, objection handling, and deal progression; operationalize MEDDPICC with Sales leadership.
•Develop Customer Success onboarding, expansion frameworks, QBR resources, and expansion/upsell playbooks to support NRR growth.
•Maintain competitive intelligence resources and training programs, track onboarding/ramp metrics, and leverage AI-assisted systems to keep materials current.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 190,000 annually

•Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales processes and customer success workflows.
•Experience developing written enablement content including playbooks, onboarding materials, and competitive resources.
•Comfort using metrics and reporting to improve enablement effectiveness, including active use of AI tools for enablement operations.
