Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate, coordinate, and execute operational activities for Private Banking and IM&T client requests within established guidelines.
  • •Develop understanding of products and processes, including fiduciary risk responsibilities and trust account funding administration and closing.
  • •Report and administer processes as needed, contributing to workflow/process change and redesign for better client value.
  • •Serve as a control point by ensuring required documents and approvals are accurate and obtained; conduct independent client callbacks as required.
  • •Process account funding and transactional activities, including cost basis adjustments, IRS Transfer Statement requirements, court accountings, account closings, and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Three or more years of financial services experience, preferably with exposure to trust operations, private banking, or customer service.
  • •A four-year college degree preferred, with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics desired.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure while following established policies and procedures.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and solve problems across functional areas.
