Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, Japan

Lead the first Japan hire for Whatnot’s Commerce Strategy & Operations team, setting strategy for post-purchase operations and driving scalable, high-quality experiences for Japanese users. Translate operational data and user insights into roadmaps and initiatives, own end-to-end execution with Product/Engineering/Operations, and lead cross-functional programs from problem definition through measurable outcomes. Build scalable processes and operating models and serve as a data-driven thought partner to senior leaders.
