Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary cost management liaison with the client and project stakeholders.
  • •Own pre- and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Complete feasibility studies, write procurement reports, and produce/present the final cost plan and cost checks/valuations.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities including pre-qualification, tender analysis, tender reporting, and compilation of contractual documents.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports; support cost variances, change control, cost risk analysis, value engineering input, and final account negotiation/approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Proven track record delivering cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Experience leading cost management commissions for large, high-complexity construction projects.
  • •Technical knowledge of data centre or other related facility asset types.
  • •Availability for full-time on-site work.
