Commercial Lead (m/f/d) - Data Centres

Lead commercial and cost management activities for a major data centre construction project in Frankfurt. Serve as the primary cost-management liaison with the client and stakeholders, handling pre- and post-contract duties including estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts. Support feasibility studies, cost planning, valuations, cost risk analysis, change control, and monthly post-contract cost reporting, while collaborating across consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
