Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned collaboration services
  • •Monitor, report and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • •Define and execute corrective actions in case of SLA deviations in agreement with Product Owners
  • •Ensure services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
  • •Coordinate with product owners, infrastructure teams and external providers to drive communication and alignment across stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Master level in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • •5 years’ experience in IT service management within complex environments
  • •Practical knowledge of SharePoint, Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence, plug-ins)
  • •Functional knowledge of Engineering, Operations and Services business in IT
  • •Good understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals and IT architecture principles
