Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store in line with PUMA brand values and service standards
  • •Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning and expense control
  • •Conduct pre-sale preparation of products and arrange/display goods according to PUMA VM standards while maintaining store presentation
  • •Optimize product presentation by creating engaging displays and recommending substitute/new/related products
  • •Maintain a safe, compliant environment and handle incoming/outgoing merchandise; manage retail event opportunities and in-store activation zones
