Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient, high-performance components for the Wise Assistant.
  • •Own intent detection, contact processing pipelines, and routing logic connecting customers to automation solutions.
  • •Design and implement solutions leveraging foundational LLM models (AWS Bedrock) to resolve customer queries.
  • •Lead technical integration and orchestration with third-party AI agent vendors to ensure robust connectivity.
  • •Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the automation platform, collaborating on automated conversational flows and mentoring engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 1,700,000 - 2,100,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience applying AI/ML concepts—especially LLMs—to solve production problems in real-world environments.
  • •Deep experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices with strong Java skills, particularly in event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
  • •Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including query optimization and schema design.
  • •Proven ability to design, deploy, and maintain clean, well-documented RESTful APIs.
  • •Hands-on experience building and fine-tuning production-grade RAG systems and designing evaluation frameworks (evals) for LLM solutions.
