Global Threat Assessment Program Regional Operations Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations for the Global Threat Assessment Program within your assigned region, leading a team of threat assessment managers and setting performance expectations. Manage threat assessment cases end-to-end, ensuring rigorous documentation, timely triage, and resolution. Maintain regional situational awareness, track caseload metrics and SLAs, and coordinate across regions. Build partnerships with local stakeholders and manage relationships with law enforcement and other investigative groups.
