Job Summary

Join the RFAB YE team as an experienced Process Technician, partnering closely with engineering and manufacturing across the fab to resolve issues efficiently. You’ll be onboarded to perform technical work such as lot dispositions, recipe creation, and special request processing, while also monitoring and auditing production needs. After training, you’ll provide real-time decision support for wafers using inline data to balance baseline output and YE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform technical tasks in YE, including lot dispositions, recipe creations, and special request processing.
•Collaborate with YE engineers to support technical execution.
•Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to MFG, PE, and EE to balance baseline production and YE needs.
•Provide real-time decision making for wafers based on inline data after training.
•Coordinate across functions within the fab to ensure issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older.
•2 years of semiconductor experience as a technician OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
•Ability to work a 12 hour compressed work schedule.
•Flexible to work day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
•Preferred: 2+ years in a wafer fab setting and strong ability to identify, multitask, and resolve priority issues quickly.
